Experience
Hui Min is a distinguished tax lawyer in Singapore who has acted for the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) as lead counsel for several noteworthy income tax, property tax and stamp duty disputes tried before the Supreme Court and various boards of review.
During her long service in IRAS, Hui Min served as Director/Branch Head in the Law Division of IRAS for more than 15 years, where she was responsible for reviewing legal advice, submissions and legislative amendments of tax laws prepared by the Law Division. Preceding her long service in IRAS, Hui Min has also served as a member of the Singapore Administrative Service with postings within the Ministry of Finance and Prime Minister’s Office.
Prior to joining Insights Law in 2022, Hui Min was a partner for the tax practice group in Rajah & Tann Singapore LLP.
